We put an offer in on the house in Lindon! Now it's time to work really hard getting this house sold. Because the house in Lindon is a short sale, we are able to get out of our offer at any time for any reason. Sooooo, if we don't sell our house we can get out without any penalties. We did lower the price on our house some in hopes that we can sell quicker. The one in Lindon could take a good deal of time also but we do have a place to go if we sell this place first and have to wait on the other house.
Cross your fingers that everything goes smoothly and that we can sell this house and get the other one, hopefully for what we offered or really close!
