Not much going on here right now.
The house stuff is still the same. No news on the new one and not much happening with the current one. I should probably get more motivated! We would love to stay here but there just isn't enough room really.
Mark is getting close to real crawling. He gets up on his hands and knees. He can get around faster scooting though so it's his preferred method of transportation. He loves to feed himself and is a huge mess! It does seem that he may have a problem with depth perception beyond just normal 10 month old stuff so I need to ask the doctor about that. He's well though and oh so cute!
Taylor is, well, Taylor. She is trouble but she is also very good at helping! She likes to help clean and bake and feed Mark. She is really good a picking up toys and gets much less distracted than Leata and gets much more done. She still thinks that helping is fun. She loves to wear dresses and would much rather wear a dress than any sort of pants, jeans, etc. We have found a lot of good clearance deals on just cute knit dresses and she wears a dress most of the time.
Leata is getting excited at the prospect of going to school this year. August can't come fast enough for her! Because we might be moving we aren't sure where she will be going to school yeat but we did put her name in the lottery at the charter school where my sister, Kendall, teaches. We visited the school a couple of weeks ago and she loved it! The kindergarten teacher we met was so kind and sweet and fun. Leata did not want to leave.
Leata can write her letters and is learning how to read and spell. She catches on very quickly. She loves to learn! She also has know her numbers for a very long time and is pretty good at simple addition and subtraction. We are going to work with her more over the Summer on all of this. We might as well take advantage of her enthusiasm!

I'm with Taylor. Dresses are much more comfortable than pants!
Miss Thompson says she is crossing her fingers for you to get picked in the lottery and she would love to have Leata:). She really is awesome!
