Tubes

Mark went to see the Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor today. He's part of the same group as the doctor who did my sinus surgery. We are definitely pleased with their office. It was pretty clear pretty quickly that Mark needs tubes in those poor little ears. The biggest concern is that if we don't catch his infections fast he gets a high fever (106) and the infection gets antibiotic resistant. If we can prevent them for the most part, that would be great. The doctor said tubes have a 97% success rate and are a 10 minute procedure now where they don't put them out deeply out for it so they are in and out in a couple of hours and back to normal pretty quickly. He had spaces open at the hospital here in Provo so Mark will be getting tubes early Friday morning.
