On Saturday we had our ward party and then went trick or treating. The kids wanted to go to Boo at the Zoo also but we made them choose the two things they wanted to do most. Fortunately, they decided we could go to the zoo another time when it was not busy and we would go trick or treating in my mom's neighborhood that night. They were too excited about the outdoor carnival for church to decide to not do that. Too bad it rained the entire time!

That's the kid's Uncle Casey in that clown costume. It's pretty terrifying. When he came out the girls started crying and ran for me and sat behind me on the couch hiding from him. They were terrified. Leata had tears running down her face. Mark wasn't scared. Not at first anyway. When Casey showed the girls it was just him they calmed down and thought it was kind of funny but that is when Mark got scared and confused when he saw that it was Casey in the costume. It was a pretty scary costume!
After these pictures we went out trick or treating. The kids decided about an hour and a half was good (except Mark, he lasted about half an hour, just my mom's street).It was cold and wet but they had fun! :)
